Looking forward to Saturday
After the experiences I've had at my first 3 marathons, I can't believe I'm actually getting excited about the marathon on Saturday. I must be losing my mind. 26.2 miles really is a long way to run. Although I won't meet my ultimate goal and qualify for Boston, maybe with a slower pace I won't hit the wall and have to limp to the finish line.
I ran my longer run (13 miles) on Saturday and did an easy 5 last night. I feel really good. No problems with my legs. I'm actually looking forward to the marathon on Saturday. I was able to rest up this weekend and I need to make sure that I try to get enough sleep this week. Time to start getting everything organized for the trip to Hartford on Friday.
My new treadmill should get delivered either today or tomorrow.
