Trying to get back on schedule
I had a very hard time sticking to my training schedule during the holidays. Both Christmas and New Years days I skipped my run and ran them the next day on what should have been my off day. Last week I tried to adapt my training schedule by taking out a recovery run and adjusting the other days to fit. Instead of trying to modify my whole week, I just took yesterday off after Monday's 16 miler and then started back on schedule today.
