Week 4 & 5 recap
Week 4 - I managed to get back on track for most of the week. I was supposed to run 17 miles on Sunday, but I didn't get much sleep and had just run a 16 miler 6 days before and I ended up stopping after 13 miles. Total mileage for the week was 61 (45 not counting the previous weeks long run which technically was part of this week).
Week 5 - This week didn't work out real well in terms of getting up and running in the morning. I did my run Tuesday night. Wednesday night I was supposed to do 11 miles but started late and due to my schedule I had to do Thursday's run in the morning so I stopped after 9 miles and ended up getting a little over 4 hours sleep before getting up to do my next run. That wiped me out for the rest of the week, but I did the other runs as scheduled. Total mileage for the week was 49.
