Exhausted
Tuesday was a 6 mile recovery run. I did a LT run yesterday (7 miles at 7:24 pace, 12 miles total). I have something to do on Sunday so I figured I would do my 23 miler on Saturday and Friday's 15 miler today. I got up at 4:00 this morning to get my run in before work. I was tired from getting up even earlier than normal (it's amazing how much difference that extra 15 to 30 minutes makes). I was also tired from yesterday's LT run. My iPod kept pausing on me and I gave up on it at about 3 miles. It ended up being a very long run and a very long day. I can't wait to go to bed.
Last week was an easy week - 54 miles total. 6 mile recovery run, 9 miles with 6x600m at 6:59 pace, 6 mile recovery, 11 miles, 9 miles with 10x100m strides and then 13 miles on Sunday.
