Go ahead - tell me how crazy I am
Friday afternoon we went to the track and I ran outside for the first time this year. It was supposed to be a 6 mile recovery run, but no matter how hard I tried to slow down, I was doing consistent 8:20 - 8:30 miles when I should have been doing 10:00. Yesterday I did my 23 mile run - on the treadmill. My thighs were a little sore from Friday's run but that didn't really affect my run. I started to get tired around mile 18, but was able to finish without any problems. My thighs are a little more sore today and the 8 mile run with strides might turn into a slow 8 mile recovery run.
