Attempted LT run
It seems like every time I try to rearrange the schedule I end up trying to do something silly. Since I swapped Sat & Sun runs, that meant I was going to do 5 miles at 15K to 1/2 marathon pace today after running the half marathon yesterday. Although I didn't push myself yesterday, my legs were a little tired and sore today. I did 2 miles at recovery pace as a warm up and then did 2 miles at 7:24 pace before giving up on the LT run. I did another 2 miles at recovery pace as a cool down. Total mileage for the week was 63 but 20 of that was last week's long run that got pushed back 1 day.
