When I ran this workout two weeks ago I only did 1/2 mile at 8.2/5% and then started decreasing. The welds on part of the frame are broken, rear bearings are going, etc... They're going to replace it. This is the third time I've 'broken' the frame and the second time they're going to replace it. There was no significant pain on the days that I did run so I went ahead and tried for a 20 miler today. The run went fairly well, but I was running on empty the last couple of miles.
